Started out great, great car, friendly staff and good interaction on pickup. Told me title would be sent two business days later. It’s been 24 days and no title. Temp reg expires in 6 days. Poor follow up, wouldn’t refund processing fee or offer a solution. Gave them multiple options to try and work out a solution or apologize before posting the review and got neither.

Good morning I tell you I couldn’t have found a better dealership, then Weber Chevrolet the representative who helped me make my decision on buying the Chevy Silverado max turbo his name is Joe. I can’t think of his last name, but he was very professional. and kind he’s a keeper.
Salesman Keith Key was awesome! We communicated through emails negotiating on vehicles and price for quite some time. He was patient with me. Then once we came to an agreement and actually met him at the dealership the experience was even better. He was very friendly and down to earth. Very detailed and upfront. I would recommend him to anyone and Weber Chevrolet as a whole. Everyone we delt with was pleasant. Made the buying experience less stressful.
