I had an oil change appointment on 8/27 and an emissions appointment on 9/24 but needed the emissions service before the end of August. I requested to switch the appointments during the oil change visit, and James, the representative, accommodated by scheduling both services for the same day. I was pleased with the efficient service, which took about two hours, and utilized a certificate for a free oil change and tire rotation. Overall, I had a positive experience with the Weber Service department and expressed appreciation for both James and my favorite representative, Mike Mansfield, for his knowledge and thoroughness.

the service dept is amazing

Convenience and quality service! I'd like Weber Chevrolet to offer free bottled water instead of making you buy it from a vending machine. Other dealerships have mini refrigerators with free bottled water. Minor complaint but it would make the experience nicer and not feel like I am economy class.
